JOB DESCRIPTION

We are YOT Club, the world's first Super Yacht entertainment venue, 23 meters wide x 35 meters long, licensed for 400 guests over two luxurious levels.

We designed and built the YOT Club right here on the Gold Coast at the Coomera Marine precinct. From an initial napkin sketch to the official launch on the 9th of March 2019, the YOT Club was a monumental two year construction project requiring over 20,000 hours to complete the build.

 

In addition to YOT Club, YOT Group also operates 4 luxurious private super yachts - YOT Blue, YOT 75, YOT Vice and YOT Capri.

Key Responsibilities within your role as Facilities Coordinator:

  • Coordination of company vehicles
  • Cleaning Coordination of company Assets (Vessels, Office facilities, Restaurant, Production Kitchen)
  • Purchases requests processing
  • Uniform management
  • Kitchen and bar equipment maintenance
  • Assist Assigned maintenance tasks in Asana
  • Management of warehouse and office storage

Position Requirements include: 

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
